CRS emphasizes the importance of fostering a safe environment for employees, recognizing that in emergencies, a prompt and effective means for staff to signal for help is crucial. With a commitment to addressing these concerns, CRS has successfully assisted clients across 45 states and three countries in enhancing employee safety.

It is essential to enable location services when using the CRS Notify application. This feature allows for the accurate transmission of your location during an alert, ensuring that responders can reach you swiftly. By activating the location services, alert recipients gain critical insights into your whereabouts, facilitating timely assistance.

In critical situations, you may initiate an E911 alert through one of the panic buttons configured by your organization. Activating this feature includes both your location information and an E911 request in the alert system, enabling desktop users to validate the call for emergency assistance. For less severe issues that do not necessitate an E911 response, the app allows for internal notifications to designated groups through your organization's web control panel. This capability enables specific individuals within your organization to be alerted without involving emergency responders.
